Our products are always delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
Delivery
We usually take one business days to prepare an order for shipping. Once we receive your payment, we pack up your order and send it out within 48 hours. You will get an email when your package ships. UPS takes 2 business days for transit and USPS can be 2-8 days. All orders ship from our Texas warehouse.
If theft or stolen goods occur during transit, they won't be covered if final confirmation of shipment to the specified destination is received.
Damage
In order to process your return, we require proof of purchase (receipt) and photos of the damaged item(s). We also ask that you send us pictures of the shipping container so we can see if it was damaged during shipment.
Upon receipt of these items we will work with you to determine the best course of action. We do not accept returns without proper documentation.
International Shipping
Depending on where you live, wholesale orders may be shipped via different methods. Please contact us at support@olestock.com if you need further assistance.
Returns
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition and package.
Orders may be canceled within twenty-one days after the ship date. Unopened products may be shipped back to us for a full refund minus the cost of the shipment. If you wish to cancel your purchase please contact our customer service department immediately so we can issue you a refund. Once you receive your item(s) we will process your request and email you confirmation. If you have any questions about your refund please feel free to contact us.
Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us is non-refundable, unless we made an error.
We offer refunds within seven business days of purchase.
